Myrosta is a staff‑rostering tool for Emergency Department teams. By signing in or using it you agree to these terms.
Roster information — the important bit
Myrosta is provided to help you view, plan and self‑select shifts. It is not the official employment or payroll record.
If Myrosta ever differs from your department's official roster (including during any trial or parallel‑run period), the official roster prevails. Check with your roster administrator before relying on a difference.
Rosters change. Shifts, leave and swaps shown here may be edited or reversed by an administrator at any time.
Your access
Access is personal, via a one‑time sign‑in code. Don't share codes, links or a signed‑in device with anyone else.
On shared computers, use the "shared computer" option and sign out when finished.
Only view or change information you legitimately need for your own rostering. Admin actions are logged.
Access can be suspended or removed by your roster administrator at any time (e.g. when you leave the department).
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Don't upload content that is unlawful, offensive or contains patient or clinical information — Myrosta is not for clinical data.
Availability & warranty
Myrosta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but to the extent permitted by law we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or error‑free content, and features may change or be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Myrosta and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss caused by relying on roster information without checking the official roster.
Intellectual property
The Myrosta application, name, logo and content are owned by the operator of Myrosta. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product, without obligation.
Privacy
Staff personal information is handled as described in the Privacy policy.
Changes & governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time — the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
